Glenn Evans is our volunteer of the month for October.

Ticket 31 was drawn which was for Glenn completing club duties at AVSL Round 3 held at Aberfeldie. Not surprising to see Glenn's name drawn, he's always happy to help whether it's club duties, or setting up/packing up both for shield events or during the winter season. Notably just 6 days prior to this Glenn had completed his debut marathon at Melbourne Marathon, in a very respectable time of 3:39:17!

Peter Cashin was drawn as volunteer of the month for September.

Ticket 2 was drawn which was for Peter completing the AV club helper role at the XCR Sandown Relays. Peter has stepped into the AV Helper role 4 times during the season. This was at Jells Park, Sandown, Burnley and the Tan Relays. Sandown was the most memorable for me, with Peter sitting out on the back straight offering encouragement! Peter also helped out at the Bunnings BBQ giving him 5 entries in the volunteer prize draw.

Mal Hodgart was drawn as volunteer of the month for August.

Ticket 26 was drawn which was for Mal completing the AV club helper roll at Jells Park XCR. Mal has actually filled the AV helper role 3 times this season as well as helped out at the Bunnings BBQ.

Janice Hodgart was drawn as volunteer of the month for July. 

Ticket 19 was drawn which was for Janice's help at a Bunning's BBQ fundraiser for the club. People who know Janice will know she is generous person and always helping out.
